In the very same year, Rolex started issuing its new NFC style cards, and within the same year, there were a very small number of 116610LV that were issued with the new style NFC card before its full discontinuation. The watch is unpolished since its purchase, with careful signs of use throughout the watch. Much of the use is found on the clasp, which has several scratches from use. This example is as complete as purchased, even with its original inventory sticker and bezel protector.
