“It'd probably be easier to list all the negative qualities about Angela because she is nothing short of amazing.

The first time I spoke with Angela, I bought a ref. 16570 Polar. Because I was buying the watch during peak COVID in late 2020, Angela was kind of limited with how she could do the transaction. Nevertheless, she worked with me to accept payments in installments over the course of a few days to overcome the daily amount limit. She then agreed to meet after close of business on a weekend to hand deliver the watch because I couldn't get away from work during the week. Then at purchase, she basically explained the differences between early and late 16570 models, the T-Swiss/Swiss Made/Swiss dials, 3135 and 3136 caliber and years, what year went to solid end links, etc.

For my second watch, I texted Angela on a whim at some absurd hour, like 8:00 p.m. on a Saturday, and randomly asked if she could find me a ref. 114270 Explorer. Out of the blue I asked if she could get it for me by my birthday which was coming up in a few days. When I texted, I was super specific with which version 114270 I wanted so I figured it would take some time to source. Wrong. WRONG. Angela not only found it, she had it shipped here overnight (by space shuttle? teleporter? I don't know), and then traversed half of LA county to deliver it to me on my birthday.

Her love for her company and her knowledge of watches are second to none. She genuinely cares about her craft, about the watches she sells, the quality of service, she's incredibly professional, dedicated, and will stand by her product 100%. I have referred her to numerous people, and every single person came back with glowing reviews.

Finally, and I swear this is true, Angela was so cool when I was buying my Polar, I basically just kept texting her about watches and.. I guess just kind of forced myself into being her friend. We still text to this day, and I still buy watches from her. I'm super proud for her, happy for her family, and am excited to see where she ends up.
