1991 Rolex Explorer II 16570 Polar Dial

$0.00
sold out

Earlier productions of the 16570, just like its predecessor the 16550, have an egg shell porcelain dial that hits light differently. This X serial 1991 has a polar porcelain dial, which in itself separates from other Polar Explorers. The hour markers and the hands have developed a nice creamy patina, and the black hour borders create that distinction of color between the dial and the markers. The bezel is sharp, with some wear around the 24 area. Its original chamfers are still clear on the lugs and the crown guards are blocky as they should be.
