1991 Rolex Explorer 14270 with Box and Papers

$0.00
sold out

This early Explorer reference 14270 with visible case lug holes, was unusually born with a 93150 bracelet, or what is widely known as the Submariner bracelet, with divers’ extension and fliplock. The original warranty papers specify this bracelet code with the reference 14270. Unusual, but not impossible. It’s known that in the past, it was fairly easy to put in special orders, and these would be accommodated. The clasp, however, is a later service part, but still correct to this watch’s specifications as it is stated in its papers. Very nice light patina on the dial, some darker discoloration in the hands closer to the post. The case has been polished but still has a great width to the lugs. This watch comes as a complete set with its hang tag with serial and original warranty papers dated June 1992.
