1985 Rolex Datejust 16030 Boiler Gauge Cream Dial
This steel datejust carries a very rare ‘boiler gauge’ dial with arabic numerals. In addition to that, the dial is of an enamel finish, and has turned a gorgeous cream. Yes — in the same generation of 16550s Explorers that turn cream, this type of remarkable aging also happens in the early mid to late 1980s 'boiler gauge’ dials. A true sleeper, but vintage enthusiasts will be quick to spot its uniqueness. Not many of these in the market, we are happy to offer one for sale.
