1978 Rolex Explorer II 1655 MK4 Dial

$0.00
sold out

If watches could tell stories, this reference 1655 appears to have lived a life of adventure. Appropriate for a watch like the Explorer II. Despite all its nicks and scratches, the watch retains much of its factory proportions. Thick lugs and chamfers, incredibly sharp lines on the bezel as well as the case. The original tritium lume has developed a deep custard patina. Striking orange hand is a nice contrast on the matte black dial. This watch, which was owned by a private collector, was serviced independently in 2022 with a NOS crystal installed.

Bracelet - Strap: 93150 bracelet with VD clasp. 10 links. Fits up to 7” wrist.
