Kinda old, kinda new. This 1603 datejust, originally a 1.9m serial as shown on its caseback, went through a restoration through RSC, and now bears a 4.7m service case, a newer 62510H jubilee bracelet with LT clasp, as well as a luminova hands and a service pie-pan dial which remains unique to 4-digits. Based off of the LT date code (2009) on the clasp, it appears the service occurred in the late 2000s.
