1984 Rolex Submariner 16800

$0.00
sold out

The transitional reference of the Rolex Submariner 16800 had both matte applied dials, as well as white gold surround markers. 1984 was a turning point, as it was the year when matte dials had transitioned to dials with white gold surround markers. This early variant of the WGS dial, has aged beautifully, with the hour markers turning a creamy yellow patina. The hands are professionally color matched with period correct tritium, and do not glow. The case, although previously lightly polished in the past, still has much of its original chamfers. The bracelet’s coronet is crisp as the day it was produced.

It has been fully serviced with a 1-year warranty on the movement.
